IIS Developer Express currently ships with built-in support for URL Rewrite, FastCGI, and WebDAV. As of the Beta release, the other modules have not been tested with IIS Developer Express and all of the supported platforms. The installers for other modules only support IIS and will need to be manually configured to work with IIS Developer Express.
