While the national increase in the volunteering rate is statistically significant, it cannot be consistently determined whether all other changes published on the website are also statistically significant. Together, the statistics in the report suggest that the national increase in volunteering has been due to increases in volunteering rates among certain groups, and due to population increases among other groups.
