Are all of mBLAST’s interactions in real time?
The moment you change your mBLAST data, it is automatically pushed out into the public domain. Many of the mBLAST customers who receive that information avail themselves of the automatic formatting options that will push your update information directly through to their site. Others prefer to check the data item by item — possibly even verifying it with you prior to posting — or to batch process the data into their sites and other products. This batch processing could be on an hourly, daily, or other time increment basis. The same is true for mBLAST’s own site, where indexes to update listings happen every few minutes. So there can be a short lag between when you put information into the system, and when it appears online.
