Yes. All nonresidential buildings (businesses, schools, hospitals, etc.) in Fairfax County are required to recycle mixed paper and cardboard. Also, nonresidential properties that meet either of the following criteria may be required to recycle another principal recyclable material in addition to mixed paper and cardboard.
