Are all NAF employees covered by BBA procedures?
No. NAF employers are required to follow BBA procedures only for NAF employees in the Regular employment category and Flexible employees who have been on the rolls of the NAF activity for 3 continuous years. Employees serving probationary periods and employees with less than satisfactory performance ratings are also excluded from coverage under BBA procedures.
