Are all Nadjas Organic products certified?
All of our ingredients and suppliers are USDA certified with the exception of baking soda which is not available or required for “organic” processed products. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) falls under the “allowed as ingredients in or on processed products labeled as organic” according to the NOR National Organics Program Federal Regulations.
