Are all medical/dental charges covered?

A list of covered expenses is below. The expenses can be yours or your dependents. Even if you do not carry dependent group insurance, your dependent s medical expenses are covered by your flex medical account. Deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance not paid by group insurance are also eligible. This includes the prescription drug card co-pay. All expenses must be medically necessary. Some examples of non-covered expenses are: weight loss expenses, smoking cessation, cosmetic surgery, teeth bleaching, etc.
