Are all letters to be written in template form, or can letters be written to fit the requestors particular situation?
All letters should be written as templates. It is understandable that some letters are very personal and will likely never be used as templates for anyone else’s circumstances, but due to the legal risk of exposing the customer’s personal information it is still best to remove all the proper names, dates, amounts, weights, locations, etc.
