Are all Just Flight products going to work with FSX?
Going forward, yes. Perceived wisdom is that “lots of people stick with FS2004.” In practice this is because they have a large stable of FS2004 add-ons and don’t want to change. They aren’t really in the market for new add-ons because they have what they want. In order to sell new add-ons (which is partly why we do what we do) they have to appeal to new customers who are invariably the ones looking to expand FSX. 3. How long will it take for a particular product to be made FSX compatible? Generally, we have found that there has been a far greater difference between FS2004 and FSX than between many previous incarnations. For simpler aircraft it can be a matter of a couple of days work. For complicated aircraft with FMCs or for utilities such as Traffic 2005 it is much more complex and these can take weeks. 4. Where do I get product updates for FSX? And will they be free?
