Are all international orders insured?

0

No, in some cases, the post office will refuse to insure a package. This is based on the country of destination. Packages to Mexico are NOT insurable. If the post office will not insure a shipment, then Wyoming Impressions will also not insure the shipment and you pay for the shipment at your own risk. We will provide our customers with a delivery notification so that they can verify that their order arrived in the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify receipt of all international shipments. In addition, Wyoming Impressions will not be held responsible for damage to packages that are the direct result of the destination country’s customs department. It rarely occurs, but it is possible that a package could be held in customs with agents tearing through it in search of illegal goods.
