Only a select few properties that are HUD acquired are available for the GNND program. Multiple unit properties like duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes are not eligible. Do not wait for the perfect house or perfect location. If a home is listed that you can qualify to purchase and meets you minimum housing needs, then always try to take advantage of the opportunity. It is only a three year commitment and then you can live where ever you want.
