No, they are not; read the important guidelines below. 1st Extension Request: The first extension request does not require an explanation, and it will be automatically approved in ISIS. 2nd Extension Request: Upload a letter (via a pdf file) explaining the circumstances contributing to the continued delay, and the letter must be signed by the Head of Grantee and the Independent Accountant. 3rd Extension Request: The same process as noted for the second request, only the letter of explanation must be signed by the Head of Grantee, the Independent Accountant, and the Licensee Official. 4th Extension Request: The same process as noted for the third request. In addition, CPB will report the continued delay to CPBs Office of Inspector General.
