Are all council housing departments in touch with each other across the country?

While they may not be in touch interms of computerisation they certainly are when it comes to the old fashioned methods such as the telephone and mail services. When any of us make a claim for benefits, that claim is checked out to find out if you’re claiming from anywhere else or are already in receipt of benefits. All benefits UK are now managed via the DWP – thus when/if you make a claim, it will be submitted to the DWP for checking. http://campaigns.dwp.gov.uk/campaigns/be… Don’t think you can get away with it any more. Everyone is watching.
