Are all captives included in CaptiveStats, LLC, publications?
No. Only those companies that are formed and operated under captive enabling legislation are included in our publications. Companies that act like captives but are formed under other legislation are not included, unless the company specifically requests us to include them. In such cases, the companies will be annotated accordingly. Likewise, some domiciles do not publish a listing of their captives, nor will the regulator confirm or deny the existence of particular companies. In these domiciles only those captives that we uncover, and can confirm from other sources, are included.
