Are all business activities eligible for EDC tax benefits?
For purposes of USVI local law, eligible activities of EDC beneficiaries generally fall within several categories. [Note: this question does not address the additional source income requirements contained in the U.S. Federal tax laws.] Although the EDC has the authority to grant benefits to any business that will advance the economic well-being of the U.S. Virgin Islands and its people.
