Yes. For CBEDS reporting purposes, bilingual paraprofessionals are reported if they provide primary language support to ELs in classrooms where the teacher is providing English Language Development (ELD), Specially Designed Academic Instruction in English (SDAIE), primary language instruction, or a combination of these EL services.
