yes barbers generally go through the same thing they go to a insitute to learn professionally ho to cut hair i have a brother who goes to barbers alot to get his hair cut and at the barbers my brother goes to there lisense are hanging on the wall and i looked at them and everything plus you can always ask like “oh so where did youg et your lisenses or whatever
