Are affirmations an effective way to clear our karma and unconscious toxicity?
Not really. Most people use affirmations as a way to manage their toxicity and change their mood. To think that conscious affirmations can control unconscious toxicity and change your life is a form of self delusion. You can’t manage unconscious toxicity. It manages you. The best way to clear your toxicity is to confront and re-experience the emotional blocks hidden in your body. Once you clear your toxicity I have a simple affirmation that will help you maintain your inner center and soul connection. Breathe slowly into your diaphragm. As you inhale your diaphragm expands, as you exhale your diaphragm contracts. Breathe in and out three times in this manner. Then say to yourself: God is in me. I am in God. I am One.
