We carry both types, depending on applications. MAP, Boost and BARO sensors are absolute while Oil, Fuel and Nitrous are gauge. A good rule of thumb is that everything that has a direct effect on the fueling of the engine (via the EFI system) is absolute and all other monitoring sensors are gauge.
