Are advisory committees and subcommittees required to take meeting minutes?
Currently, no; however, HB2208 recently passed. The statutory amendment requires subcommittees and advisory committees to take meeting minutes and post a statement describing legal action or any recording of a meeting on its website within ten working days of the meeting. The new requirement will go into effect 90 days after the Legislature adjourns.
