Are they assigned or do I select the person for this role? The role and responsibility of Program Advisors are: • Assist the Participant in developing an appropriate training/educational program • Meet with the Participant regularly to provide continuing feedback and guidance • Provide a written assessment of the Participant’s performance in the programApplicants will be able to recommend an employee they wish to serve as their Program A
