Are additional Evenflo models affected by either of these problems?
Yes. The Evenflo Envision™ high chair is affected by a similar issue. The Envision high chair is being recalled because screws and pivot cap hardware on the sides of the high chair can release and pose a fall and choking hazard to children. Recalled Envision high chairs have the following model numbers: 2891321, 2891321A, 2891333, 2891351, 2891351A, 2891365, 2891375, 2891403, 2891403A, 2891466, 2891466A, 2891478, 2891536, 2891536A, 2891573, 2891586 and 2892351. The recall involves approximately 643,000 Evenflo Envision™ high chairs manufactured between November 2002 and December 2005. This product is no longer sold at retail.
