Are abec 3 bearings good for a longboard?
Abec rating doesn’t mean a thing for skateboards. Bearings are bearings, as long as they’re clean and lubed (and not made of plastic or anything like that), there will be no difference in speed from one bearing to another. I’d go for the Bones Reds. The Abec 3’s are a pain in the *** to clean (metal shields with C rings that tend to fly everywhere and get lost when you pop them out of the bearing).
