Are Ab Machines Really As Good As Seen on TV Infomercials?
In today’s world of heavy advertisement, it is difficult to tell whether ab machines are as great as seen on TV infomercials or if the truth isn’t that rosy. After all, they can’t all be that good, right? You need to be skeptical about any infomercial you see. In some of those ads people are actually smiling while they’re working out. Don’t expect to be smiling when you’re working out hard. I never did. I’m too busy and under too much effort and strain. Needless to say, the models who often promote these machines were already fit to begin with, so you can’t really expect to get the same kind of body they have because it is likely to have taken them years to reach the same level of fitness that they now have just by using some ab exercise machine.
