Are a Career Development Award applications accepted only once per year? What are the submission dates?
The KL2 award has an annual submission period, with potential Scholars submitting applications from June through September of the year prior to admission. For example, scholars who apply in June, 2009 would be applying to become a scholar in July, 2010. The KM1 accepts applications on a rolling basis. As a position opens within the program, new scholars are selected. Applications are reviewed bi-monthly.
