Are 4INFO searches case-sensitive?
No. “Dallas” is the same as “dallas” which is the same as “DALLAS”. Although we’re all in favor of proper capitalization, we understand that changing cases is difficult on many mobile devices. Feel free to save yourself some time. We often use all-caps to illustrate the kinds of keywords you can use to search on 4INFO. For example, we might say “text HELP to get help.” You don’t need to use all-caps for the keyword to work.
