Approximately how long will it take to receive my NSW Property Inquiry results?
Results are normally returned within 5 to 7 working days. If a client requires results urgently, they can nominate a date that they need the searches, by entering the date in the Date Urgent Order Required By input screen of the Order Details page. Clients should also make a note of the urgency date in the Special Instructions. Once the order is received CITEC Confirm will contact the relevant Authority or Council and enquire if the results can be returned by the date requested. If the nominated Urgent Date can be met, then CITEC Confirm will place the order. If the Urgent Date cannot be met, CITEC Confirm will contact the client.
