Approximately how long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to four business days for us to process an order before they ship, no exceptions. Orders do not ship until payment clears. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will usually be between 5 to 10 business days using standard UPS ground shipping. Sorry we do not next day ship any products. Due to large and complex constant changing inventory in our warehouse, some items may be out of stock when you placed your order, we will call or e-mail you if such event occurred within 48 hours. Your account is charged on per shipping bases, your account will not be charge unless the the item is ready for shipping.
