Approve or disapprove of the spending bill?
I disapprove and have written my Congressmen and the white house to let them know. This is the same bill that Bush vetoed last fall and sent back to Congress for them to re-write, did you know that nagging little fact? Did you know that his bill represents only the last half of the years’ budget, and it is a full 8% higher than one year ago? When I wrote (e-mailed) the current administration I asked President Obama to do the same. Veto this bill, get his point across about fiscal responsibility (finally) and send it back to have the thing reworked, yet again. The time has come for our Government to begin leading by example. How can they (both parties) point fingers at all the companies/banks/mtg. holdings and say they were irresponsible with people’s money and then turn around and exhibit the exact same behavior?
