If your client would like you to be present for their color selection you are welcome to attend. The walk-throughs are strictly with the buyer and Toll Brothers. REALTORS®, inspectors, other family members, etc. are not permitted. The contract is between the two parties, and the construction manager needs their undivided attention during this time.
