If you have XP sp2 or later then: Right Click My Computer>Properties>Advanced> Performance>Settings>Data Execution Prevention. Click “Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select” Click Add and browse for executable(s). Restart your Pc to activate new settings. If you still can’t execute application exit all other programs including antivirus applications and retry or request customer support. – “Error in unlock module” or “permission denied” error Your Windows NTFS settings might be wrong. Your current Windows registry or NTFS settings does not allow your user to access. First you must be an administrator. Second your user and system user should have full access rights to all your NTFS disks and all registry keys. Use regedit.exe Permissions for registry and for NTFS disks: drive properties security tab to give these necessary access rights. Also Vista users should select XP compatibility mode from i-lock.exe’s properties.
