Apple System Profiler is showing my new Mercury Extreme processor at a speed of X MHz, when I specifically ordered a Y MHz processor?
Apple System Profiler has trouble recognizing non-integer bus speed multipliers for processor speeds. This is generally more common in the 133MHz bus machines (Digital Audio and QuickSilver I & II), you often need to multiply the bus speed by a non-integer to reach the standard speed of the processor.
