Apex won import my sketch into my appraisal. Whats wrong?
In Appraisals the File Number in the top right corner of the appraisal on page 1 is what links your apex sketch to the appraisal (thats how apex knows what sketch to open when you go to tools APEX). If you have already done your drawing then change that file #, Apex doesnt know what sketch to open when you go through tools, Apex. What you can do. Open your appraisal (make a note of the file name in the top corner be sure it is 8 numbers or less and no spaces before, in the middle, or after the file name. Then go to tools Apex, In apex (Im assuming the drawing you see here is blank. If not, and its your correct drawing, skip step A). A: Go to File, IMPORT, find your correct (old named sketch) it may be in the C:\tradata\apexdata folder. Select it and click import/open. Now that the drawing is in front of you B: Make a change to the sketch (add an icon, move some text, etc) *apex doesnt know to transfer back a drawing unless there has been a change.
