Anyone know the cheapest place to buy citric acid?
I have looked for citric acid in the past, and I can think offhand of three good sources for it. 1: A wholesale foods supply, or wholesale candy supply. I haven’t ordered this off the internet, but depending on your area, that might be your best bet. Citric acid is a common ingredient in candy – so I would focus my search in that area first, then checking into a restaurant/catering supply company. 2: A health or natural foods store might carry citric acid. This would not be your cheapest alternative, but might be the best depending on what quantity you want.
