I have made many. I don’t see why you can’t fix it, except for the separating part. My suggestion would be to try and warm around the edges to help break the seal. You are going to have to heat it until the seal breaks with out breaking the glass. You might need to gently pry it too. The water is both water and glycerin. If you are successful at separating the globe from the base, I would pour the water into a cup, using a paper towel to catch the snow (like a filter). You will have to let it dry out completely on the paper towel, you will than be able to reuse it (hopefully). Here are a few suggestions if you need. You can use Mr… Sticky’s Underwater Glue ~ www.mrstickys.com (I have never used it) I used a glue gun. We made ones out of baby food jars. For the water ~ use distilled water, or boil some water and use when cool. Add glycerin (helps to slow the falling snow) around 1/2 teaspoon (baby food jar size) you
