Any tips for new authors?
When you sign up, we will send you a username and password. The author login is here and is always available at the bottom of the About Us page. Once you login, you should change your password. In the upper right corner of the page, you will see a user link which takes you to a profile page. Besides changing your password, you can specify how you want your name to appear on your posts. You can also provide a website that will be linked to under your display name. Using your real name or login or anything else is fine. You can get a sense of the various HTML tricks we use by viewing the source of a page and by reading Diana Davis’s ‘07 HTML Tutorial.
