Any thoughts to intermittent tingling in upper back and neck aches?

I have always had my extremities “fall asleep” but the last 6 months I have tingling between should blades and stiff neck with mild headaches. My doc says it’s anxiety. I do have panic attacks, but this is real and it’s annoying!
