Any suggestions on some decent food?
A. I recommend plenty of chicken breast. It cooks great on the George Foreman Grill and only takes about 6 minutes if you defrost it. Also with Chicken, Rice is very good for you. Many people on low carb diets would substitute fruit instead of rice, but if you are a very active individual, you need your carbohydrates. When executing a low carb diet, you sacrifice energy, making your workouts sluggish. It is important to eat a well balanced meal, every meal. With Chicken and Rice, you should also have mixed vegetables. I have at least one meal like this everyday, whether it be chicken or steak. Chicken is more healthy for you because it has less fat and sodium, while still being very high in protein. I also recommend eating yogurt and/or cottage cheese for snacks in between meals. And most importantly, make sure you eat breakfast everyday, and definitely lay off the chips/cookies/pop/ice cream.
