So long as you are at least 18 years old, have a drivers license and can come prepared to open escrow- you are ready to go. If you plan to finance your purchase, you are advised to be fully pre-qualified and approved with your lender of choice. Auction purchases are not subject to financing contingencies – you will loose your escrow if your financing falls through, so be prepared and approved in advance.
