Ans. Data not available of large capacity plants. M/S Jayex Biofuel Processing Technologies Pvt.Ltd. Pune have installed pilot plant with Continuous Processing Technology at Pune, Maharashtra (INDIA). The capacity of the plant is 50 ltrs per hour. It can convert any oil into biodiesel. The biodiesel produced by this plant is having ASTM equivalent specifications. The plant is in the process of CDM registration. Pretreatment of oil, production of IP Grade Glycerin, solvent recovery, washing of Bio Diesel, etc. are In-built in the plant. The plant is having PLC – SCADA operation. The plant needs only 1000 sq.ft. of space. It is a Skid Mounted Plant and Plug & run Plant which require No erection time.
