Any difference between the Free Style and Standard Ad format?

Beside the difference in the display format, when you upgrade to Premium listing from Free Style ad, your Premium listing will only indicate your company and the job title offered. Whereas from Standard ad, the listing will indicate your company, job titles offered and your company’s profile.
