When prompted, enter your e-mail address and current password, and click on the “Go” button. You will be taken to the MemberCenter home page. The first section is called “My Account.” Click on the “Change Password” link and follow the instructions. Please note that your new password must be six characters long. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “MemberCenter” link located at the top right-hand corner of the Web site. Click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address. Please enter the e-mail address you used to register on our site. Click “Submit,” and a new password will be sent to that e-mail address. To change the automatically generated e-mail, follow the instructions listed above.
