After a long period of unemployment, I only just get this call center agent opportunity and I wanted to survive it for at least three month. However, today is the first hours of daylight after a week of training. We are conducting a survey in UK. I phoned about 100 those, all I got is 20 incompleted surveys near not interested closing. Moreover, I am the least producer in the squad. My self-esteem going down hill right now. Any channel, please suggest me some articles or resources of any kind to tune up my attitude to best fit to be a competence call center agent please I really want start tomorrow work beside energy and self protecting frame of mind.
