Any Alton Brown fans: what does he recommend in regards to storing fresh produce?

Love that guy! Try his books, and try his part of the food network website for proper produce storage. I have one of his books and it’s great. One tip I can give you is storing cucumbers at room temp. They last forever it seems. I have a huge garden, and it gets to the point your throwing cukes in the compost whole so the vines keep producing. One year I noticed the cukes at air temp outside were crisp after 2 weeks laying on dirt, the 5 day olds in the fridge got softer. Go figure!
