A54) During the transition period from July 1, 2007 to September 1, 2007, provider can be noted as network eligible when they have signed a contract with KHS but have not yet fully completed the credentialing process. However, beginning September 1, 2007, all providers must be fully credentialed by KHS prior to providing services to KHS members. When fully credentialed, providers will receive notice from KHS.
