No. Your BCI Affiliate provides all the boats, all you need is a desire to be on the water along with a desire to not pay alot for your boating fun and a desire to not have to perform maintenance and cleaning chores. Each affiliate, along with their insurance provider sets their own rules on age, some affiliates require you to be 18 while others may require you to be 21 or 25.
