The standard answer is there are no plans to do so. With the 1999 concert tour started it would not be a smart business move to release it until after the tour was over. Additionally most of the reunion tour was being recorded on video, possibly for inclusion with the Birmingham video. So don’t expect to see it until after the tour, if at all.
