Develpoment *is* coming along nicely but making an open world game is probably the most challenging of all game development projects (outside of making an MMORPG!) We haven’t shown anything for a while because often times you start layering on the visual polish of a game after you’ve been working on low level systems and game play and we don’t want to show anything off until we feel its truly ready!
