Not at all. We prefer the name search/staffing firm. We do not force anyone into a situation that they don’t want to get into – this is a losing situation for everyone in the long run. If a match arises, we will simply inform you of the opportunity and go from there. We receive complements repeatedly from candidates that we aren’t pushy like many of the other recruiters they’ve dealt with in the past.
