An Epic Battle between Good vs. Evil?
If you asked me to comment on the Mac vs. PC battle a few years ago I would have been only for Mac, wouldn’t give a PC user the time of day. Then I grew up. The Mac vs. PC rivalry is probably one of the most intense and long running feuds in the digital age. A lot of people argue this battle with only numbers, and though numbers do count; people count too. Apple was near death as company not too long ago. I remember reading articles about how an innovator has fallen to the Goliath that was the Microsoft / PC-Clone juggernaut. Apple was truly about to fall, and fall hard. It seemed like every Mac lovers dear Apple would die, and another platform would go extinct at the feet of Microsoft. Then there was light at the end of the tunnel of despair. Apple’s Prodigal son came back (yes it might be a stretched metaphor), Steve Jobs. Jobs gave the struggle company a taste of tough love.
